Offering an expansive palette of more than 100 colours designed to be compatible with fabrics, finishes and materials that surround them. Corian sinks and bowls come in a wide array of graceful shapes and sizes. Corian is backed a 10 year limited product warranty.

Formica Solid Surfacing

The most recent addition to our range, Formica solid surface sheets are a blend of acrylic and polyester filled with alumina trihydrate. Resistant to staining, chemicals, heat and impact. They are non-porous, microbiologically inert, non-toxic and safe for use in contact with food. Currently available in 41 original colours.

Staron by Samsung

Staron solid surfaces by Samsung are acrylic surfacing materials with an incredible array of benefits. Most obvious is the impressive colour range. Available in more than 60 colours, there’s a Staron colour-choice to complement any interior.

Appearance aside, Staron solid Surfaces are also highly functional. They’re durable, stain-resistant, easy to clean and repairable. A healthy countertop choice, Staron is non-porous, so bacteria, moulds and moisture cannot penetrate its surface. Imperceptible seams, plus the option to incorporate Staron sinks and bowls, enables designers to customize a one-of-a-kind integrated solid surface countertop system. These features also make solid surface one of the few materials approved for use in commercial food service areas and in health care facilities where hygiene and resistance to pathogens is important.

HI-MACS by LG

Hi-Macs Natural Acrylic Stone is an advance, non-porous high versatile decoration material that is available in a wide range of colours, patterns and shapes. It is a blend of 75% natural minerals and pigments set in an acrylic matrix, which becomes extremely durable. It resists wear, normal heat and everyday staining; it is as easy to cut, drill and carve as wood; it can be seamlessly jointed and invisibly repaired.

Wilsonart

Available in 2 thicknesses, 13mm and 3mm solid surface veneer (SSV).  A surface that’s easy to maintain and repair, the range comprises 30 colours. Wilsonart solid surface sheets have the added advantage that they are also available in matching laminate.

Parapan doors are 18mm thick, solid, extremely glossy and coloured all the way through. Clean lines, sleek surfaces and accents of colour….are trends that are here to stay. Not only stylish and contemporary in appearance, Parapan is also hardwearing and easy to maintain. Parapan doors are made to measure and are perfect for all vertical applications from drawer and cupboard fronts to wall cladding and end panels. Parapan is also extremely workable as it can be thermoformed into curves and machined like wood. Parapans durability and moisture resistance make it especially suitable for kitchens and bathrooms. Quotation

In the first instance we can provide quotations based on your sketches or drawings, which can be e-mailed, faxed or brought into the factory.

Templating

Most, but not all, projects require templating, which ensures accuracy in the finished job. This involves Lava coming to the installation address and making a pattern of the required surface.

Production

Once the templates are received at the factory production will begin, at this point many or our customers like to come and see the work in progress.

Installation

At a mutually convenient time we will return to the installation address and complete the process by fitting the worktops, making any site joints and final polishing.
